Hiking and Cooking class

With this experience we will have the opportunity to discover the authentic paths and flavors of the Chianti region. Step by step, trying to perceive also sounds and scents of the environment, we will immerse ourselves inside a valley in the heart of Chianti Classico and we will have the opportunity to admire the chain of the Chianti Mountains, to visit sacred places and to observe closely the beautiful vineyards that characterize this land.

Our walk, will eventually lead us to the home of a trusted chef, where we will get to learn how to make fresh pasta, the most celebrated of our culinary traditions. With the necessary equipment at hand, we will begin our journey in the kitchen: we will work together on the dough to make pici, tagliatelle and stuffed ravioli. Finally we will sit down at the table to savor the dishes made, of course pairing them with the typical wine of this area, Chianti Classico.
