Walks through the vineyards with wine tasting
We will be based in Panzano in Chianti, a picturesque village located 500 meters above sea level in the heart of Chianti. This corner of Tuscany, famous for its 360-degree views and excellent wineries, will be the starting point of our trip.
We will begin our weekend exploring the area with a relaxing walk through the hills, a route that winds through vineyards and olive groves, offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The walk will lead us to a historic Chianti winery, where we will have the opportunity to taste some of the area’s best wines, accompanied by a delicious snack of local products.
There will also be an opportunity to dine at the restaurant of Dario Cecchini, one of the best-known faces in Tuscan gastronomy, famous for his meat and culinary philosophy that celebrates the roots and authentic flavors of the territory.

Historical exploration and cooking lessons
Our exploration of the region’s historical heritage will continue with a visit to the Pieve di San Leolino and theOratory of Sant’Eufrosino, two extraordinary examples of Romanesque architecture that tell centuries of history and faith. Afterwards, we will again immerse ourselves in nature with a walk through the vineyards of Panzano’s Conca d’Oro (Golden Basin), a route that will allow you to get up close and personal with the places where the famous DOCG Chianti Classico wines are born. The walk will end with another wine tasting and light lunch, where you will enjoy simple and genuine dishes, accompanied by local wines.
The afternoon will be all about creativity and conviviality, with a group cooking class where you will learn how to prepare some of the most iconic dishes of Tuscan cuisine, using fresh, local ingredients. And after working together in the kitchen, we will sit down at the table to enjoy the “works” of the novice chefs, accompanied of course by a good glass of Chianti wine. It will be a time of sharing and fun, perfect for those who love to discover new recipes.
