This proposal takes you to Panzano, in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, and the basic “ingredients” are always two: the outdoors and excellent flavors.
The treks follow the ridge of the Conca d’Oro and pass through vineyards and olive groves, ending with a tasting of local wines accompanied by a light lunch or Tuscan snack at a historic winery that produces high-quality wines, including Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, Gran Selezione, and IGT. It’s an opportunity to toast with friends and listen to stories from local winemakers.
La serata prende poi quota con la cena da Dario Cecchini, il filosofo della carne e della convivialità. Se ti va, durante il weekend, puoi abbinare a questo programma un urban trekking a Firenze con visita al suo nuovo ristorante Cecchini in città, un corso di cucina di pasta fresca presso la struttura ricettiva oppure, in estate, l’esperienza rafting sul fiume Elsa.
