After a short safety briefing with our rafting guides and the distribution of your equipment, we’ll hop aboard the raft and begin our Chianti rafting experience. Designed as a soft rafting adventure, this route is also ideal for first-time participants. Paddling together, we’ll follow the gentle current of the Elsa River, navigating small natural drops, light rapids and fascinating rock formations shaped by centuries of flowing water. Alternating exciting sections with quieter stretches, we’ll have plenty of time to admire one of Tuscany’s most remarkable freshwater ecosystems. Once the rafting section is complete, we’ll return on foot along scenic trails that follow the river.
