Our hiking and cheese tasting experience in Chianti begins in the beautiful medieval village of Montefioralle, one of the most charming villages in Tuscany. From here, we will follow scenic trails through vineyards, woodland and the rolling hills above the Greve Valley, with beautiful views toward the Chianti Mountains and the surrounding countryside.
The second part of the hike takes us to a family-run cheese farm, where we will learn more about local dairy production and meet the goats raised on the farm. After the visit, we will enjoy a tasting of artisan cheeses, including fresh goat cheese, accompanied by local Tuscan specialties and a glass of Chianti Classico wine.
