Hiking and Cheese

We will start from the beautiful village of Montefioralle, included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy, which dominates the Greve Valley and the ridge of the Chianti Mountains.Our walk, will take us to admire the splendor of this village through picturesque views of rare beauty, “decorated” by woods on the summit, vineyards and peasant houses scattered in the farms.

The second part of our hike will help soften the exertions of the walk. In fact, the trail will take us to a family-run dairy that produces the highest quality cheeses. Big stars will be the beautiful chamois goats, which we will get to meet and pet. Finally we will relax by tasting their products, including freshly processed goat cheese, along with small local gastronomic delights, all accompanied by a good glass of Chianti Classico wine.
